You’re the expert, Chris. I suppose, at least in some cases, hoses on the tracks is a matter of urgency.
Unfortunately, It happens far too often that fire hoses are laid across track without alerting the railroad . . . leading to three pieces of hose instead of one, wet railroad track and a clean locomotive undercarriage! Opps!
Well, I must say I’m relieved!
